While this seed mix is nutritionally complete to German standards you can feed it alongside a lab block/ pellet if that’s your preference. You SHOULD feed a lab block if your hamster is picky and doesn’t eat every single ingredient in the mix.

Ingredients: Lentil blend (3 types), quinoa, buckwheat, rye, wheat, sorghum, mung beans, paddy rice, flaxseed, peas, chickpeas, mealworms, yellow millet, barley flakes, hemp, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, anise, broccoli, milk thistle, crickets, freshwater shrimp, fennel, dill seed, celery, cucumber, dandelion leaf, hibiscus flower, chamomile, and calendula.

May contain peanuts, tree nuts, soy, mustard, and sesame.
Contains: Shrimp
