How do I skip, change, or cancel my subscription?
To access the login-free portal please find your order confirmation email. Follow the link and make any changes.
Can I combine box/pet types?
Unfortenetly you cannot. However most of our products are safe for multiple species, so you should be able to find something in your box safe for both your pets!
Will all the products I recieve be from Crazy Critter Co?
Yes! Currently all the products in our boxes are exclusively from Crazy Critter Co.
Will Guinea pig boxes contain oat?
No! Oat isn’t recommended for Guinea pigs. Guinea pig boxes will receive hay or barley- based treats!
