Returns:

We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.

Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items that cannot be returned include:

- Opened, used, or damaged products

- Perishable products (treats, flowers or hay)

- Custom orders (any personalized item)

- Sale items

Gift cards

Issues with your order:

If your order has arrived damaged or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us at chloe@crazycrittertoys.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please always inspect your item upon reception.

 

Refunds: 

Once we receive and inspect your return, if it is accepted, you will receive your refund in the form of store credit or to original payment method. This excludes shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
