Shipping policy

 
Shipping is calculated and will depend on the products ordered and area of residence. 

*Free Shipping for Canadians over $100
*Free Shipping for US residents over $50

Our processing time is typically 2-3 days. However during peek times this can be longer. Pre-orders may take up to 60 days to ship. 

International Buyers: 
Small Packet Air is untracked, and no tracking number will be provided. For tracked shipping, 'Tracked Packet' or 'Express International' must be chosen at checkout  

Local Canadian Buyers:
Untracked Letter Mail for Canadian customers is available for select treats and all willow rings.

International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Crazy Critter Toys is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable (see refund policy).

If you entered the wrong address please email us to let us know. We will ask for the correct shipping address. If the package has already been shipped, we charge a C$15 reshipping fee.  If the package was sent to the wrong address through some fault of ours or Canada Post, we will resend it to you at no charge.
